| Bluerockdove.com Inc. Acceptable Use Policy
In accordance with this policy, the use of Bluerockdove.com's products and services will be subject to the terms and conditions set herein. The following terms and conditions of the Acceptable Use Policy (henceforth refereed to as "AUP") is a legally binding agreement between Bluerockdove.com (henceforth referred to as "BRD") and the client (henceforth referred to as "client", "user", "you", "your"). It will be your responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to use of BRD's products and services. You will also be subject to all modifications made to the Agreement when they are stated here. Bluerockdove.com takes pride in offering the best-of-breed technology solutions to the clients while strictly adhering to its policies towards unsolicited commercial email. As all of our clients are well renowned marketing and publishing firms who promote their products and services using our technology and network infrastructure, they understand our ZERO TOLERANCE policy and any repercussions that may follow for misusing our service. With that in mind, our AUP defines what is acceptable and is considered a violation of contract: Opt-in/Documentation
Recipients must explicitly opt in to receive email. The quantity and content of the messages sent must be consistent with the expectations clearly set at the time of opting in. Opt-in documentation including IP, Timestamp, and the Source of the signing are required. Failure to provide documentation information may result in an immediate termination of service. All list messages must include simple unsubscribe instructions in the body or footer of the message, so that members can unsubscribe themselves from the list. List owners should respond to member requests for manual removal from the list with courtesy and timeliness. CAN-SPAM compliance

Additionally, you may not use the Bluerockdove.com Inc. services to:
1. Send email with an invalid "From:" or "Reply-to:" address. All messages posted to your list must contain valid email addresses and you must be responsive to all replies from members of your list, including unsubscribe requests. You may not refuse or ignore unsubscribe requests from members of your list.
2. Harass, threaten, embarrass, cause distress, cause discomfort, or give unwanted attention to a person or entity.
3. Post or transmit sexually explicit images or other content that is deemed to be offensive.
4. Transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content or content which is racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or which infringes upon the rights of any third party.
5. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law.
